Best Austin Restaurant Meals and Dishes that I cooked in July

I spent July in Austin TX… and survived.  Yes, it was atrociously hot, but after spending most of my life in Vancouver, I’m just grateful for sunshine.  It felt strangely normal to sweat from open pores.  I still have not adjusted to the intensity of the sun though.  I’m blinded every time I step outside without sunglasses.  My poor ol’ Pacific NW eyes.
