Update! 21 Days for Good Challenge with Snap Kitchen

I have one week remaining in Snap Kitchen‘s 21 Days for Good Challenge and so far, I’ve been feeling pretty dang fabulous.  Looking back at my goals, I see that my energy level is remaining high, I’ve been staying focused on my work, and not having to shop and cook frees up more time for me to spend with loved ones.  I even managed to sneak in an extra hour or two of sleep here and there.
