“So, how’s married life?”, I’ve been asked countless times by friends after our recent wedding on 11.11.11.
My usual answer is “it can’t be better”. What I really mean to say, unwilling to risk sounding sappy is “it’s a dream come true”.
After meeting in the most unlikely way and jumping through numerous hoops, we are finally together. We’ve dreamed about this day for so long and it’s still surreal that we’ve made it. Those that have been in long distance relationships, especially across borders, understand how tough it can be. The process was a test of not only our love, but of our will and faith.
Being married feels nothing short of “right” and “complete”. It’s by no means perfect but we’re committed to the life-long learning process.

I’m thrilled to spend the rest of my life, traveling, cooking, shooting photos, wining and dining, playing tennis, entertaining friends, nerding out, and everything else in between, with my best friend.
Happy Valentine’s Day, my love.
