After spending 2 months in Austin Texas, I was jonesing for proper Asian food so you will see a theme here. It was nice to be home, despite the gloomy and frigid weather. Good thing the food hit the spot and warmed me right up. Here are some of my most memorable meals.

Top Cantonese Restaurant
Cheap and cheerful dim sum. This was at Top Cantonese, a decent place at good value.

UVA at Moda Hotel
Pasta and risotto lunch at UVA at Moda Hotel Vancouver
Apiary cocktail at Clough Club in Gastown. Bourbon, lemon lime, egg white, walnut bitters, honeycomb. Amazing.
The Union Bar
Fell in love with Union Bar's Pandan Coconut Pannacotta with a caramelized baby banana.
Southeast Asian Cocktails at The Union Bar
Banana Daiquiri Cocktail in L'abattoir Gastown. This bar can do no wrong.
