Let’s off start with the meal of the week: Brunch at Olivia

Every Monday, all dosas at House of Dosa (Vancouver, BC) is only $5.99! Love their chutneys.  in Vancouver, BC by Melody Gourmet Fury

Every Monday, all dosas at House of Dosa (Vancouver, BC) is only $5.99! This particular one has a mixture of potato and shrimp rolled up in the rice/ lentil crepe. Love their ginger/coconut chutney.

My first time having Chicken 65. Crispy, tangy, spicy. I get it but I prefer a bit more excitement.

Back to the old hood, Gastown. Asked the bartenders (with a tinge of guilt) for a Ramos Gin Fizz. 2 bartenders alternately shook my drink for 20 minutes. Frothy, floral, and refreshing. Well worth the wait at The Diamond  in Vancouver, BC by Melody Gourmet Fury

    So… that was an actual pig’s ear? Or is that just the name.. Just asking as I had a pig’s ear once in Lithuania (where it’s apparently a treat) and I just didn’t like the feel of cartilage between my teeth.. So curious if this is an actual ear.

    Hi Simone, yes it’s actual pig’s ear. I love thinly sliced pig’s ear, especially the cartilage, funny enough. I’ve eaten it since childhood so it doesn’t phase me. Eating the whole animal, nose to tail is the way to go :)
