Vancouver Food Tour’s TV Interview + Making Agua Frescas!

Posted by on Jul 23, 2010

I used to think that multitasking is my strong suit but ever since I’ve started my business, Vancouver Food Tour, I’ve become increasingly uncoordinated.

Since I’m constantly juggling 15 tasks and have an endless to-do list, I’ve lost the ability to perform the simplest tasks, such as NOT walking into poles, NOT tripping over a child on a tricycle, and NOT pouring scalding coffee directly onto my hand.

So how did I do on a TV interview with Urban Rush regarding my NEW tours while showing the hosts how to make refreshing Agua Frescas?

You are a-DORABLE! Dope job Mel. Typically down here aguas frescas contain one maybe two fruits. Love the spin with multiple fruits+cilantro or ginger. Love it!

Um, yes! I wish you did a San Francisco tour, I’m going there next week!

I really want to go to Vancouver soon, I’ll definitely book a tour!

I also love the “food culture” phrase, it’s something that I say frequently and people just don’t get it!
