Last time, I featured Amy, who makes adorable “Stupidly Simple” videos to “teach” viewers how to nuke snacks effortlessly.

This week, meet Matt of wrightfood, who plays with food on the opposite end of the spectrum. Matt is a busy family man that is dedicated to cooking healthily, locally, and sustainably. Based in Seattle (a mere 3 hr drive away), we can easily source the same ingredients and share cooking techniques.

I appreciate his detailed and insightful posts where he shares generously on topics ranging from food photography to meat curing. If you’re curious about home curing, his charcuterie recipes are gold. Needless to say, his photos are superb and fully captures his equally gorgeous recipes.
