I love Amy Blogs Chow because she’s no regular foodie; she proudly professes that although she writes about food, she can’t cook worth ish. In her “Stupidly Simple” videos, she demonstrates how to effortlessly throw together an (arguably) impressive snack, but with such charm and cuteness that one can’t help but swoon.
